  1. I have a prescription for physical therapy. I have pain in both knees. It’s very painful to even stand up. I don’t want to lose the ability to walk. I must also lose a lot of weight.

    1. I’ve been dealing with sciatica caused by a herniated disc at L5 S1 compressing S1 nerve root. I have a left-sided pain that starts my buttocks and goes all the way down to my foot and baby toe. My left foot and ankle have been numb for 6 and 1/2 months.

My work is very much killing my right side. I work in a factory rich very much use my arms and twist a lot putting pipe in bender then on a saw.
